From a rough goal to a dated plan, in three steps.

Every priority in PriorityOS goes through the same three steps - described in your own words, sharpened into one measurable statement, then broken into a suggested week-by-week plan. If your company has set up Company DNA, all three steps get sharper for it.

Say it in your own words

Your team member writes the background details, why it matters, and what proof of success looks like. No SMART priority training or individual training and no template to fight with.

Company DNA

Teach it your company once - every priority gets sharper for it.

Fill in your company details that makes your company yours - what you sell, how big the team is, the systems everyone actually uses, etc. From then on, every priority and plan PriorityOS helps write draws on that context, so the result sounds like it was written by someone who already knows how your company runs.

01

Set up once, by an admin

Business model, team size, and the actual tools and systems you run on - filled in from Company DNA, whenever you're ready.

02

Used by every priority automatically

PriorityOS will reference your real CRM, ERP or other named systems by name, instead of generic advice that could apply to any company.

03

Never invented

If you haven't told it something, it won't guess. Company DNA only ever uses what you've actually given it.

What it isn't

Just as important as what it does.

01

Not a progress tracker

PriorityOS isn't a platform for tracking day-to-day progress on your priority - once the plan is set, following through happens in your normal tools, not a dashboard here.

02

Not visible company-wide

Your priority isn't shared with the rest of the company - only with your manager, for review and approval.

03

Not a full project-management tool

It's built for one quarterly priority, not a replacement for your team's day-to-day task list or project-management software.

See it work for your own quarter.
